It is also used to treat Cryopyrin-Associated Periodic Syndromes (CAPS), including Familial Cold Auto-inflammatory Syndrome (FCAS), and Muckle Wells Syndrome (MWS). Serious side effects of Arcalyst include changes in your blood cholesterol and triglycerides (lipids) and allergic reaction.

Some of the side effects of systemic corticosteroids are swelling of the legs, hypertension, headache, easy bruising, facial hair growth, diabetes, cataracts, and puffiness of the face.

Lyrica
Lyrica is a drug prescribed for the treatment of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy or post neuralgia; partial onset seizures in adults; and fibromyalgia. Side effects include blurred vision, double vision (diplopia), weight gain, fatigue (tiredness), constipation, increased appetite, nausea, and intestinal gas.

Common side effects of Flomax include headache, dizziness, hay fever, anemia, abnormal taste in the mouth, weakness, nausea, and vomiting. Common side effects of Viagra include flushing, muscle pain (myalgia), nausea, back pain, problems with vision, indigestion, headache, rash, nasal congestion, and dizziness.

L-methylfolate
L-methylfolate is the active form of vitamin B9, also known as folate, used to supplement folate deficiency in people with major depressive disorder or schizophrenia, and megaloblastic anemia. Common side effects of L-methylfolate include allergic reactions, flatulence, abdominal distention, nausea, bitter or bad taste, loss of appetite (anorexia), impaired judgment, overactivity, excitement, difficulty concentrating, confusion, irritability, and changes in sleep patterns. Folic acid and l-methylfolate cannot be used interchangeably. Supplemental L-methylfolate intake during pregnancy and while breastfeeding is likely to be beneficial.

ivermectin
Ivermectin is an antiworm (anthelmintic) medication used to treat intestinal strongyloidiasis and river blindness (onchocerciasis), types of diseases caused by parasitic roundworm (nematode) infestations. The FDA has not authorized or approved ivermectin for the treatment or prevention of COVID-19. Common side effects of ivermectin include itching, rash, hives (urticaria), skin (swelling) edema, fever, joint pain (arthralgia), inflammation of the synovial membrane on joints (synovitis), enlargement and tenderness of lymph nodes, and eye inflammation. Avoid use or use with caution if pregnant or breastfeeding.
